Construction Floor Puzzle

This construction floor puzzle from Melissa and Doug is awesome!

If Michael is any indication of how much your little boy will like this puzzle then he will likely love having this in his room.

With the bright, colorful and cool looking construction scene displayed on the giant puzzle, it's sure to add a lot of character to any child's room, but especially for that boy that loves all things construction.

The 24 thick pieces form to make a giant puzzle that measures 2 feet by 3 feet in size. It's advertised as being 20% thicker that other floor puzzles and costs just under $12. While it may be recommended for ages 3-6 years I'm sure a boy younger than 3 years old would like it just as well.

Construction Site Giant Floor Puzzle

The heavy-duty puzzle pieces come together to make a wonderfully colorful construction scene that includes two construction workers looking over a construction site with five different vehicles.

The puzzle pieces are big, making them ideal for younger children to put together. From the first time Michael laid eyes on this giant puzzle he's loved it.

He immediately walked over and sat down on top of it and asked me if I want to play construction with him. I sat down next to him and watched as he acted like he was controlling the various vehicles.

For something so simple as a floor puzzle I was amazed at the joyous response it elicited from him. It got a better response than a lot of his other toys, and provoked his imagination to act out the scene displayed.
